This Welsh Government funded project delivers free to access employment support, helping people to gain and retain meaningful work. The funding is open to autistic adults aged 16+ across Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Monmouthshire, Newport, The Vale of Glamorgan and Torfaen. We are currently running support both remotely and face to face from our Cardiff office.
We are dedicated to empowering individuals through our employment support services, whether for paid or voluntary roles.
Steps to Employment: This includes assistance with CV design, application guidance, interview support and one-off skills sessions. Our approach is collaborative; we aim to work alongside you, not on your behalf, to boost your confidence and employability.
Retaining Employment: Representing your best interests with employers to support your well-being at work and ensure reasonable adjustments are made. We also can represent you during disciplinaries, improvement plans, complaints and through redundancy processes.
