Social groups provide a safe space to explore your interests and meet like minded people.
We offer a range of free-to-access social groups that happen at our centre in Cardiff and out in the local community. At 21 High Street, we provide a safe and supportive space for autistic people to meet and socialise, whilst participating in activities they enjoy.
All our activities are developed in consultation with individuals who access our service, so please let us know if there’s a particular group you would be interested in attending!
We are on the lookout for volunteers to help run social groups, so please do get in touch if this is something you would be interested in.
